Assignments April 6-13

Here is another copy of the student work in case you did not receive the School Messenger email. The details for all assignments are in Google Classroom. Please do your best!

The following tasks are to be completed by Monday, April 13. You can do them in any order that you would like. The approximate time to complete your assignments are listed to help you plan your week. There are more details in Google Classroom under the “classwork” tab. You can print out your work from Google Classroom (and then email me a picture), type in the documents, or do your work on a separate piece of paper and then take a picture to send to me by email. We are trying something different and new! Do your best to show your learning. Feel free to email me with any questions. 

Language Arts/Social Studies/Science	Time- 3 hours
Journal Entry ·       Write a paragraph about what your life has been like over the past few weeks. Use the checklist to revise/edit before you submit it (you can find the checklist under resources in Google Classroom)	(30 min)
Reading ·       Read the assigned book on EPIC! online and then answer the questions found in Google Classroom	(30 min)
Reading Comprehension ·       Read the passage on Tunisia and answer the questions in Google Docs	(60 min)
Science ·       Weathering and Erosion. Watch the 2 YouTube links and create a visual journal page about weathering and erosion; email a picture of your work to gksamra@educbe.ca	(60 min)

Math	Time 2 hours
·       Math Review on Google Form: Addition, Subtraction, Division, Multiplication, Graphs ·       ***Students do their best to complete what they can so that I know what students remember***	(60 min)
·       Prodigy	(30 min)
·       Math Game – 2 player multiplication game using virtual/real dice, cards	(30 min)
